Individual therapy

My professional training qualifies me as both a Clinical and Counselling Psychologist under the British Psychology Society register.

I am trained and experienced in managing mental health challenges arising in both clinical contexts and within the strains of modern life.

Working for the past 15 years mainly in private practice, I have developed expertise with milder forms of common mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety and eating disorders. I see therapy as a process supporting personal growth, to help people achieve their best selves and their highest potential.

We live in a complex world with growing demands that our ‘nature’ is not fully equipped to deal with. You don’t need a ‘mental health’ condition to benefit from  professional support  with life’s challenges in relationships, career, parenthood, conception, pregnancy and birth issues, and other important life events and transitions.
